We use fragrance free, hypoallergenic detergent for all wash & fold and pickup & delivery orders. Special requests are always honored when noted.

When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
No. When scheduling your order online, you must include notes about where the driver can find your laundry at pickup and where the driver should leave it at delivery if you will not be home.
If the driver cannot locate the laundry at the specified pickup location, a missed pickup fee will apply.
Yes. Any special instructions should be included when scheduling your pickup so they can be followed during processing and delivery.

You are billed by weight after your laundry is finished. It’s okay if laundry is slightly damp at pickup—normal laundry conditions are expected and accounted for during processing.
Kitchen trash bags work great. Any disposable bag is acceptable for pickup. Your laundry will be returned to you professionally packed in a clean, new bag.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
Mountain Top Laundry takes great care of all laundry while it is in our possession. However, we are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs before pickup or after delivery.

Yes. We work with vacation rentals, property managers, hospitality operations, restaurants, and other local businesses. Commercial pricing is provided by quote based on volume and service needs.
Commercial rates are based on the volume of laundry you have, the kind of laundry it is, the industry, and how often you need laundry done. We'll be happy to provide you with a free quote.
